Pricing Page

PRICES vary vastly from country to country, safari to safari. The most critical pricing variables and attributes of your safari include:

Country to be hunted .
Operator conducting the safari .
Duration of the safari.
Type of Hunt (1 x 1, 2 x 1).
Total number of observers.
Trophy animals to be hunted.
Type of license to be purchased.
Area(s) to be hunted.
Transportation considerations to, from and between hunting areas.
Gun or bow.
Special amenities.
Travel.

Because any one of these attributes may double (or halve) the price of your safari, we encourage every prospective client to engage in a dialogue with us as to your exact desires…even if you are just “thinking” at this point.

Booking a safari should not be just an event, but should evolve as your knowledge (and ours) increases throughout the planning process.

We canvas and contact directly operators we know such as, Con van Wyk Safaris, Ltd,  as to your particular safari and needs. We also work through Atcheson and Sons Worldwide Hunting Consultants and their contacts to increase your menu of opportunities and choices if need be. We find out what deals exist, where the quotas are, game quality, the right time of the year to be hunting that particular area, an operator’s trophy history and trophy treatment, PH bios, etc., etc.

Our goal is to design the exact safari that will fit your exact needs and constraints…no more, no less and then to communicate, communicate and, communicate from the time you book your safari until your trophies reach their final destination.

If you are interested in beginning this type of “personalized” process, please let us know via email (see “Contacts” page) and we will forward you a “Client Information” sheet…or we can discuss by phone or in person.

Best Regards,

Cap and Barbara Horning
